• Moved 6 mw32-ix- and 6 bld-r5-lion slaves over to bm13

This turned out to be a truncated download (20786536 bytes instead of 33342619), which happened about the time to one of the machines behind stage.m.o had an Apache glitch. Rebuilt the locale using the standalone builder. Sent 'all builds' email by hand.

Forced release-mozilla-beta-macosx64_repack_complete builder to make sure that automation continues as expected.
