bajaj was having issues with the VPN to reach ship-it, so she sent the changeset and handled the l10n milestones, and nthomas entered the info into ship-it

Android builds failed out due to bug 739959:

Fixed with patch, moved FENNEC_27_0b6_BUILD1 & FENNEC_27_0b6_RELEASE up to that, reconfig, rebuild jobs.

Lots of desktop linux & linux64 repack failures, timing out cloning mozilla-beta due to network issues (bug 957502). aki filed bug 959496 so that we don't clobber if we have a share with http and then try to use https. Kept rebuilding until they succeeded.

Fennec repack failures cloning too, hg and tooltool. Reran one to see if still broken per bug 923950, and it is:
