clean up the links and mark most as del. they are non functional
The first release of Eudora OSE, version 1.0 (which includes the [[Penelope]] extension) is now available for download. Use the links below to download. Please see the README for information on how to submit bug reports and new feature requests.

All of these links simply redirect to https://www.qualcomm.com/ so we must assume that qualcomm no longer distribute the installers.
Eudora OSE 1.0 is based on the Thunderbird 3.0.4 source code, so add-ons that do not work with Thunderbird 3.0.4 likely will not work with this version.

Mozilla does not provide support for Eudora OSE or the Penelope add-on.
