If you've tried to enable e10s, but you see information in about:support saying that it is Disabled disabled by some reason(e.g., Add-ons), you can create and set to true a pref called '''browser.tabs.remote.force-enable'''. That is not encouraged though, so use it at your own risk, and only if you know what you're doing.
