This corresponds to 15:00 CET (Central European Time, or 16:00 when European Summer Time is in effect) and 22:00 for Beijing/Hong Kong/Kuala Lumpur. Note that Daylight Saving Time is ''no longer'' observed, the UTC time applies to all meetings throughout the year.
