→Snooze and Custom Reminder Options

As a slight tweak to the reminders, I'd like to see some of the less-exact snooze times used by other calendars like MS Entourage (e.g. "End of today", "First thing tomorrow", etc.)

Currently, reminders do not show up again if Thunderbird is closed and reopened. The reminders should stay active until dismissed, and they should pop-up again if the program is closed and reopened.
Additionally, there has to be a way to prevent reminders associated with internet calendars from reopening every time that the calendars refresh.
