* work together to better promote Mozilla Manifesto (eg. integrate MM in community portal)
Team 2:
* add new localizations that are missing (ie.web content; SUMO etc..)
* empowering local and regional communities (ie. more frequent meetings, more frequent calls...)
* evangelize to companies, governments to explain/offer alternatives to address to interoperability problems
* tutorials for advanced usage of Firefox

* double active contributors
* ensure that Firefox and thunderbird in every balkan language
* prominent exposure in the media
* diversify the spectrum of events (not just geek events)
* organize a flashmob in every country

* create infrastructure which will foster collaboration f all Balkan communities
* define what is unique to the Balkan region
* more mozilla add-on workshops in different countries
* get more people to become contributors in eazch country
* mozillians.org - every Balkan contributor should keep hisher contributions up to date
* lobby for the use of alternative platforms
