These dates are supposed to reflect the schedule decided, rather than being predictions of when releases might happen. Each time these dates are changed, discussions are sparked off in various forums about the new schedule. They should be left to reflect the "official" schedule, even if that is clearly out of date. When the information is out of date, people can see that it is out of date, which is better than people believing that a new schedule has been decided when it hasn't.
