Changes

* Once we are up and running with Firefox 2.0, we would also like for other client applications to integrate with Safe BrowsingPhishing Protection. Note that applications that do not have a written agreement with Google are forbidden from using Safe Browsing data at this time. The only acceptable use of the data is via a browser addon distributed by Google.
