* A link can either be strong, when it comes from an explicit user action (eg. the user started a chat from the presence info of an email header) or weak if Thunderbird assumed it (eg. an IM conversation happened between 2 emails with the same people involved).
* Accessing the list of recently exchanged emails when a chat begins can save time:
** if the user was about to ask a question that's already answered in an unread email
