Presented by Taras Glek and Dave Mandelin
We'll talk about:
- Overview of Mozilla static analysis projects.
- Static analysis in general: We'll go over what kinds of things static analysis can and can't do, what's easy, what's hard, and what's still research. Hopefully this will give an idea of what static analysis applications people might want to create or ask for.
- Mozilla static analysis tools and infrastructure: Dehydra, Treehydra, Pork, and resources (IRC, MDC, mailing lists). We should be able to convince you that Dehydra is programmer-friendly enough that you want to use it yourself.
