• Private karma showing how many people helped. Available in the My Profile section
• Clear titles/badges for different roles on SUMO to make it easier for everyone (including users) to identify others. Based on private karma described above, and permissions:
  • New Helper (someone that has helped < x people)
  • Senior/Certified Helper (someone that has helped >= x people
  • Forum Moderator (someone with moderator privileges)
  • Locale Leader, %locale-name% (someone with locale leader privileges)
  • Administrator
  • Others?
