Firefox Pre-Releases lack of visibility

Problem statement/description

This problem has two components:

The 4+ Million ADUs in pre-release channels don't have the right tools to solve their issues.
SUMO doesn't efficiently surface the content generated by users in these channels. Allowing us to do so will increase the chances of catching issues early, before they hit the Release channel.
