SUMO Team Values

We are splitting the team values by 3 major areas: Help Users, User Advocacy and Community Growth. Each of these areas have 3-5 values ordered by priority. All programs/changes/features/actions will be done according to these values and priorities

Help Users

1. Visibility

Visibility of the site. Will this make the site more visible?

2. Quantity

Quantity of users helped. How many people are we actually going to help with this?

3. Speed

Speed of finding answers. Will users be able to find answers faster?

4. Quality

Quality of answers. Will the answers have a better quality?

User Advocacy

1. Quantity

Quantity of users affected. How many users are touched by this problem?

2. Severity

Severity of the problem. How serious/severe is this problem?

3. Solution

Solution/Steps to reproduce. Do we already have a solution to the problem?

Community Growth

1. Health

Health of relationships. Will this improve the overall community health and interactions?

2. Impact

Impact on users. How will this affect the users?

3. Quality

Quality of contributions. Will this make contributions better?

4. Scalability

Scalability of groups. Will we be able to scale this well?

5. Size

Size of the community. Will this improve the size of the community?
