Calendar Integration is Critical

Why is calendar integration in the "less critical" category? I think it should be the most important new feature for Thunderbird 3. I use Thunderbird 3 (nightly trunk builds) at home and Thunderbird 2 at work, and I can't see any significant differences. A calendar would inject a much-needed "WOW" factor.
