{{purge}} is a metatemplate meant to be used in templates and pages that need to be updated before any changes will be visible. It is the same function as you find in the roll-down menu to the left of the page's search bar at the top-right of the page.
Parameters
There is only 1 parameter, which is unnamed and optional.
Syntax
The template's syntax is

Required parameters

- Custom link text
By default, the template outputs the link text "Purge". You can replace that with a custom link text by using this parameter. It is unnamed, so no parameter name needs to be entered.
