This is a straw man version. These goals are being driven by dmose, who is working with the area leads to ensure that the various area goals lead to and are compatible with these goals.

• Attract X new contributors to the community
• 4 iterations on Tb contribution funnels

Q1

• support area leads in their goals
• overhaul Thunderbird top-level contribution funnel
  • spearheaded wikimo analytics (IN PROGRESS)
  • February: prototype design & feedback/metrics loop (MISS)
    • researched existing setup
    • working with dboswell to align efforts
    • has partial dependency on concrete lower-level funnel
  • March: deploy/iterate _quickly_ (NEEDS ADJUSTMENT)

Q2-Q4 goals are tentative; to be refreshed at end of Q1
