ENGLISH: UCSSINUX OPEN DAY is a free software event organized by UCSSINUX's community. This event gather professionals, activists of free software and students in order to share distinct experiences about free software. In this first edition, it includes keynotes about different topics: information security, game development, web development, entrepreneurship and more.
ESPAÑOL: UCSSINUX OPEN DAY es un evento de software libre organizado por la comunidad UCSSINUX, este evento congregará a profesionales, activistas del software libre y estudiantes para compartir distintas experiencias con respecto al software libre, en la primera edicion del UOD se realizarán charlas con distintas tematicas como: Seguridad Informática, Desarrollo de Juegos, Desarrollo web , Emprendimiento y mucho más.

Surviving development of web interfaces: CSS Frameworks

Summary
In the development web field there are two defined sides: the backend developers (who use PHP, SQL, Python, Ruby and other languages) and the frontend developers (who use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash and more). But what happens when a backend developer decides to take all the project? It has to fight with the development of the web interface. In this talk I will show how I personally achieved to survive to this torture, this development phase.

En el mundo del desarrollo web, existen dos frentes bien marcadas, los backend dev (PHP, SQL, Python, Ruby, etc.) y los frontend dev (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, etc.), pero que pasa cuando un banckend dev decide tomar el solo un proyecto, pues sufrimos con el desarrollo de la interfaz web. En esta presentación expondré como personalmente he logrado "sobrevivir" a esta tortura, digo fase del desarrollo.
