I am the initiator of "MDN in Bulgarian". Translated a considerable part of the MDN UI to Bulgarian and continue to do so. Once this is done, we will continue with the most basic (for absolute beginners) articles for HTML, CSS and JavaScript. This way any native Bulgarian will be able to start learning the most ubiquitous web technologies from the very source in his/her mother tongue. No need to first learn English.
