I work for EscaRosa Coalition on the Homeless where I am the Administrator for over 155 user of our online database applications. Our agency office is located in the heart of Pensacola Florida. We are a Non-Profit organization that assist homeless individuals and families including homeless veterans with emergency shelters, transportation, food and clothing. We utilize an online program known as Service Point developed by Bowman Industries. My preferred Internet browser application for accessing this database is Mozilla Firefox. Occasionally there are issues that arise with different browsers not wanting to accept and see certain PKI certificates for some URL's. We are about to be upgrading and merging into a South East wide system with the entire state of Alabama by 01Oct2014. Our database reports information on a national level to HUD and other Federal funding programs. I would like to have an account to keep up with current issues and Technical updates and patches to fix any issues Mozilla encounters for its users.
