I speak French (native), English (UK flavor), bits of Catalan, Spanish, German, Russian, and I learn Bambara at INALCO in Paris(Master)

   I reside in Paris, France

   I'd like to participate in the effort to localize Firefox in Bambara because I thin this language deserves it, it will help boost education in internet usage which is vital for the bambara native speakers just like it is for the rest of us ; also because it's a nice learning exercise.
   I have implemented a Hunspell-based spell-checker and thesaurus for Bambara, which is available on Mozilla (also on OpenOffice en LibreOffice, and some day on Chrome hopefully...). It might be a great help for our localization effort (consistency in translation, easy access to synonyms, etc.)
   I do not ntend to do that alone, I only register because I have found a bambara-native speaket and IT specialist who is willing to work on this localisation issue. He should also register soon.
