Issues that aren't bugs but perhaps problems with 3rd party software

  • 2023-03-04 Running something on http://localhost screws up OAuth?!? reddit: "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password." <-- "Maybe a long shot, but for me it ended up being that a locally installed web server was causing issues. Stopped the services, and as soon as they were stopped I was able to set up my Gmail accounts in Thunderbird again. "; "This worked! I had NextCloud installed with Snap. I disabled NextCloud, and it fixed this issue in Thunderbird"

Ideas from Mozilla Connect

  • davidsk: SUMO should have an initial triage page
    • I agree. Without code changes product owners should be able to create a custom AAQ form/wizard for their products. I think this idea is easy to suggest but hard to implement. Based on my drupal days, I want something like Drupal's CCK and Views everywhere :-)
