I am using wikis more. I like collaborative editing more than serial emails as a form of information exchange.

Need wiki site map and auto generation of tables of contents. Wikis are good but Navigation is a joke. Need editors,organizers, facilitators to help the Content Contributors. Need an easy way to take, List all Pages and tag and link them and have a search generated tables of contents and site map.

A hierarchy of documents and a list of tags would be a good start. A simple select for tags would make classifying a lot easier

Pull Tracking out of Bugzilla and put it on a wiki.

Write a wiki app front end for Bugzilla.

take each category etc for classifying a bug and expand it on a wiki page. split screen down middle and have your bug report on one side and wiki with searches on the other
