Audio Controls

The audio controls should be available as

       Tools->Options->Content->Allow Audio (Global Mute, checkbox)
       Tools->Options->Content->Exceptions (list of sites, allowed and not)
       Tools->Options->Content->Audio Volume (slider 0-100%)

Toggle Mute button on status bar, with audio indicator to alert when site has sounds content available
