FF/TB 1.5.0.4

• Things are in good shape for release May 31st
• QA completed the L10n spotchecks
• Build will be generating the partial updates
• QA will test those updates
• Should be ready to go by Thursday/Friday, but will wait until next week as Monday is a holiday.
• We will stage 1.5.0.4 on Tuesday (May 30th) and release mid-day Wednesday (May 31st)
