A survey was launched on 2011-11-07 to capture how Mozilla employees are managing their tasks, projects, and qualitative data on how well it is working for the company. This survey was created and launched quickly due to feedback from employees that the problem is quickly growing worse and they want to give their feedback. The survey would ask a few questions that would require the person to type in their response, but for the most part, we wanted to have questions that would be aggregated across the organization and groups. The results of the survey will help answer the question about where we are at now and how people think we are doing. A survey like this could be repeated in the future to determine if we are heading in the right direction.

Overview

A survey was launched on 2011-11-07 to capture how Mozilla employees are managing their projects and tasks. This survey was created and launched quickly due to feedback from employees that the problem is growing worse and they want to give their feedback. The survey would ask a few questions that would require the person to type in their response, but for the most part, the questions were multiple choice. The results of the survey will help answer the question about where we are at now and how people think we are doing. A survey like this could be repeated in the future to determine if we are heading in the right direction.
