Grow Mozilla helps all Mozillians achieve crazy and ambitious goals by bringing people into the project, increasing the skills of community members and expanding our culture as we grow larger.
The following programs and tools provided by the Contributor Engagement and People teams help to build a global, inclusive force of paid and volunteer contributors to fulfill Mozilla's mission.
Meetings
If you are interested in growing Mozilla, please join us for the regular Grow Mozilla meetings every other Thursday at 10 AM pacific.

Programs
The programs that support Grow Mozilla include:

The Mozilla Reps (ReMo) program aims to empower and support volunteer Mozillians who want to become official representatives of Mozilla in their region/locale. |

The Mozilla Stewards are members of teams who are working with Contributor Engagement to create and execute a plan for bringing in volunteers to Mozilla. |

Tools and Platform
The tools that support Grow Mozilla include:
- The Phonebook makes the Mozilla contributor base feel smaller by creating an easy way to learn who is involved, what they do and how to connect with them.
- The Taskboard platform will uplift basic introductory tasks (and, in the future, jobs) across all sub-communities into a public-facing list of activities which are sortable and filterable list.
- The Events Manager platform will show and allow Mozillians to join online/offline events via a public-facing list.

- In IRC you can find us in #mozillians
Also each team of Grow Mozilla may have its own additional channel that you may find on their respective pages.
