Arriving at lodging

Airport to Hotel

Currency Exchange:
- There are a few currency exchanges on the left of the airport arrival hall. Choose Vietinbank for better exchange rate.
Transportation options:

1). Public transportation: BusExpress 86

- On the left side after walking out from the arrival hall
- Ticket: cash only and ticket can be purchased on the bus at 35.000VND/pp
- Time: 06h25 - 23h05
- Take BusExpress 86 from International Terminal (T2) or Domestic Terminal (T1) and get off at the 8th or 9th stop.
- Walk to the hotel from the bus stop

2). Taxi:

- Fare: 200.000-350.000VND/ride
- Accepts: Cash, Cards
- 24/7 operation
- Driver may or may not speak English
- Bring and show hotel address to driver
- Share a ride with fellow contributors.

3). Use app Grab

- Fare: 255.000-350.000VND/ride
- Payment through app
- Driver may or may not speak English
- Bring and show hotel address to driver
- Share a ride with fellow contributors.

4). Hotel Airport Shuttle

- Fare: 560.000VND/ride for up to 4 people; more for more people
- Schedule: by advance payment
- Peiying arranges for Indonesia team arriving late on Friday and departs early on Monday. A total of 5 people.

Reimbursement policy

Please keep your receipts (airport <-> hotel transportation) and deliver them to Peiying during the event. We'll be able to reimburse in cash or through PayPal.

Any additional expenses once in Hanoi are yours to cover (e.g., hotel room service, hotel laundry service, souvenirs, transportation around the city not related to arrival to the hotel or airport departure, etc.).
