This is a straw man version. These goals are being driven by dmose, who is working with the area leads to ensure that the various area goals lead to and are compatible with these goals.

• support area leads in their goals
• overhaul Thunderbird top-level contribution funnel
  • spearhead wikimo analytics
  • February: prototype design & feedback/metrics loop (CHANGED)
    • did a bunch of research, talking to dboswell about working together
  • March: deploy/iterate _quickly_ (NEEDS ADJUSTMENT)
