Rel Eng

  • fixing up Fennec makefiles bug 748452. send gripes/suggestions to joduinn, jhford, joey, khuey or ted.

A Team

  • [failure rates] - 30.32%, WE ARE GETTING WORSE
  • bug 746260 - do not adjust resolution for jsreftest/crashtest
    • r+, need to schedule time to deploy
  • bug 747162 - Sut agent 1.08 rollout
    • waiting for next round of potential fixes (:gbrown?)
  • bug 748088 - Native Android tests OMTC+IPC (:benwa)
    • need to resolve how we want to run reftests on mobile and fix tests to work that way
  • bug 748149 - tcheckerboard2 needs to be harder (:kats has the final patch on try, just need to land on m-c when ready)

Eideticker

  • :ctalbert dealing with some craziness trying to get the right machines imaged and placed into haxxor.
  • Current ETA to have all three machines up and running in haxxor is Thursday.
  • Existing eideticker machine is still humming along, though there is one issue with the phone randomly deciding to turn itself off (we may try to mitigate this by rebooting the phone every time we update the dashboard, see bug 748408).
  • Going to add an imgur capture to the dashboard
  • Developers can now run checkerboarding tests on their workstations without the HDMI capture: http://wrla.ch/blog/2012/04/eideticker-with-less-eideticker/
  • :wlach planning to expand eideticker to run tests on the galaxy nexus

S1/S2 Automation

  • The [new dashboard] is up
  • :ctalbert,:mcote are constantly working on improving phone reliability and are planning on rolling that out to Eideticker and Tegra automation in a library

Panda Boards

  • :ted,:ctalbert have half a flash-without-button-dance solution in place.
    • Second piece of this would be to wire into pixie boot.
  • :ted is looking into the mac address problem
  • we successfully rebooted a panda using a linaro build and linaro's imaging tools to generate the OS image (that's how we did the "flash without button dance").
    • Next is to try building a direct android OS from source and then using linaro's imaging tools to generate the OS image and see if that also reboots.
    • We suspect we have a handle on the reboot issue now.

Mobile Crash

Round Table

  • I remember we said there was going to be an IT person on the meeting but I don't know who that is; does any of you know? (armenzg)
  • From Erin: Can we get the SU Agent updated so we can deploy Talos Mem Usage tests?
