Firetext 0.3 - The first word processor for Firefox OS gets a UI refresh, Night Mode, and other features! I would love it if you got involved in contributing code :)
Prospector Alpha - A file browser for Firefox OS. This project was started before Explorer, but hasn't been developed actively until recently. Some bugs, but they are decreasing as the features increase. (Nick Desaulniers presenting on behalf of Joshua-S)

Capcam - Photo app for creating collages and captions, being ported from iOS. Check the in-development demo which should work in most browsers.
