Events:Get Involved
Be a Part of Mozilla's Voice
Every day, there are many opportunities for Mozilla to evangelize and build community, but some of these pass us by without us even realizing they occurred. This is where you come in. We need our community members, who are all knowledgeable and excited about Mozilla and Firefox, to help represent us. We are a small organization faced with many challenges and cannot be everywhere at once. Firefox is spread to new users, first and foremost, by word of mouth, making each possible speaking opportunity even more important. We need you to be a part of the Mozilla voice.
We are involved with many events (Mozilla Events Calendar), but there are many more that we do not know about or don't have the people to attend. Please go ahead and post any events that you feel Mozilla should be represented at below. These include conferences, panels, discussions, user groups, school meetings, etc. With back to school just around the corner, how about holding a Firefox tutorial?
We want to populate this list by the end of July! For all events at which you are interested in representing Mozilla, please include your name and expertise next to the event. Also, feel free to contact us at events at mozilla dot com if you have any questions. We can help you on a case by case basis with requests. We are ready to provide speaker training, Firefox or Mozilla materials such as posters, buttons, and shirts, or by providing you with presentation materials. Let us help you help us!
