• Potential Schedule for discussion - this is provisional and may change with driver comment or other feedback.
  • It is unlikely that we'll be able to fix the amount of blockers in the list and some cutting will be required - aiming to start that this week and next week.
  • clarkbw to start looking through proposed blockers that affect UI.

    • Slushy Code Freeze: Monday 7th Sept 23:59 PDT.
    • Full String Freeze: Wed 9th Sept 23:59 PDT.
    • Code Freeze: Friday 11th Sept 23:59 PDT.
    • Release builds start: Tues 15th Sept.
    • Est Release 22nd Sept.
    • B4 will also do a 2.0 to 3.0 upgrade on the beta update channel.
  • RC1
    • Final String Freeze: Tues 29th Sept (no more string changes for TB 3) 23:59 PDT.
    • Approvals/Blockers only: Tues 6th Oct 23:59 PDT
    • RC1 builds start: Tues 3rd Nov
    • RC1 out: Tues 17th Nov
  • Final release would happen after RC1 plus zero or more additional RC builds, when we're happy that the RC build is working fine.
  • Nov 26th is Thanksgiving.
