- bobm and ckolos brought up monitoring and its relationship to the MOC; fubar stated that the thing the MOC cares about is an escalation path, not monitoring itself.
Development
- Emma mentioned work relating to email bug 1396160
- Some UI improvements
- Some logic chnages (to send less email)
- Adding a user that never triggers bugmail (using a universal filter rule)
- Also discussed, the UTF8 bug. Kohei has a suggestion for allowing :+1: and so on as UTF8 surrogates, but Dylan dismisses this idea because the underlying problem is being able to store UTF-8 in the database.
