- What’s On The Horizon Session ~ Pandemic + Infodemic on Friday, May 1st with major donor prospects (Partnerships + Mark)
- Soliciting the next round of major gift donors, preparing for a funder briefing, and drafting various proposals and concept notes (Partnerships)
- Picking up Portfolio scoping again, continuing Zoom advocacy work (alongside cross-Mozilla partners), finalising a research--policy-advocacy proposal, partner liaison and coordination on core issues (Campaigns)
- Spinning up the European AI Fund to be set to respond to COVID-19 if possible (Mark)
- Finalizing concept note for the Data Stewardship Lab (Mark & Bob)
- Executive team retreat Tuesday + Aleron session Wednesday to kick-off work on sequencing objectives over the next few years (Executive team)
- Publishing "When content moderation hurts" article next week, recruiting research contractors for landscape analysis and designing collaboration, reconnecting with the global IHR/OLE community (Insights, Kasia)

Minutes From the Last Executive Team Weekly Meeting
- July board meeting - Made a decision that the meeting will be virtual. We will share a mid-year review of the budget, as well as an update on our long-term financial planning (part of OKR 5).
- OKR working groups - Much appreciation to KR leads for their involvement in moving the work forward. Still in the early days, but the bi-weekly meetings seem to be productive and are aiding cross-team collaboration.
- Fundraising update - Juan joined to share an update on results from our major donor appeal test-run, and plans for broadening the approach to our most committed grassroots donors in the coming weeks.
