  • Engagement: Launching refreshed homepage, developing new page templates to house long-form reports/publications, PNI product page designs, YouTube Tegrets landing page build, Data Futures Lab page, misinfo monday/newsbeat
  • Insights: Onboarding the IHR20 designer and data visualization contractors and finalizing the data stewardship landscape analysis microsite
  • Campaigns: Running a survey on consumer attitudes to neighborhood apps sharing data with cops. Continuing outputs on the misinfo scorecard, streaming tv stuff, YouTube extension, political ads respository, pioneer, and others. Preparing to record a panel session with partner orgs. Kaili is back from holiday!
  • Communications: Publicity for CMA “Deep Reckonings” // D&D on alternatives to digital ads // Planning for YouTube extension comms // Event comms for execs and various fellows
  • Partnerships: Email campaign preparation, white paper What's on the Horizon (WOTH) series planning, and major donor outreach
  • MozFest: Updating the MozFest website highlighting uniqueness of the Festival, selecting Wranglers, first tech audience working group meeting.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Prep for leadership planning kick-off, sharing engagement survey results
  • HR: Mid-cycle goal check-ins are underway; Preparing onboarding for new hires
  • Fellowships & Awards: Sorting out new fellow + other contracts with legal; Portfolio presentations; Finish compiling F&A data for movement landscape analysis; Internal stakeholder interviews for movement landscape analysis; Working with MoCo on cross-org HBCU partnership and vetting funding prospects; CMA jury outreach and nomination recruitment; Supporting back to school with the Responsible Computer Science teams; D&D prep and follow up; Grant for the Web judge review panel; User research interviews for ProtoLab; Shipping evaluation RFP
