Actions taken from last sprint

Things that went well

  • Good start with estimations, we should continue estimating and tweaking and learning from it.
  • Choosing Trello was a good decision

Things that went not that well

  • We didn't learn well our tools (eg. Trello) on time for the sprint
  • More thorough testing to avoid edge cases on features to bite us back
  • Improve feedback for the demo (screenshots, etc.)
  • We are a team that has less time than other to purely code (bc of different reasons, mostly related to developers being part of partner companies and the team lead needing time for management).

Actions for this sprint

  • Reduce hours/day of coding per developer to 4.
  • Express every task in multiples of 3 hours.
  • Every member in the team needs to learn how to use Trello.
  • Properl configure burn down chart.
