    • Latest smoketest Result - 48/48 tests passing
    • QA concerns about quality of 1.2. Blocking bugs from doing dogfood testing, data migration testing, and memory and SkiaGL OOM issues. TEF is also doing some pre-IOT testing.

- 944351:   [OTA][Data Migration][Internet sharing] "Wi-Fi hotspot" and "USB tethering" is disabled after update from v1.1 to v1.2  

** Memory and SkiaGL OOM blockers:
- 939962     Gallery app will get OOM process killed upon saving an edited photo after flashing or resetting the device 

- 941160 [B2G][MMS] Crash will occur when attaching images to an MMS - 945774 Messages app is closing while resizing an image for MMS from the Camera - 940257 Only small rectangle area is rendered

    • 1.3+ blockers are adding up. ~100 1.3+bugs

    • Teams are starting to discuss their feature backlog
    • No QA work at this time, other than partipating in planning meetings

  • the first set of production ammeter boards is being built this week
  • Working koi+ bugs such as bug 945948
  • At least one datazilla regression from Nov looks related to upgrading from 1.1 OEM firmware to 1.2 OWM firmware. Needs more investigation. (Bug 942893)
  • Pitching in on some async pan zoom bugs including usage of position: sticky.

    • improvements to the call screen opening transition
    • Ongoing work to improve the latency of keypad sounds
  • Messages:
    • Subject compose support landed and should be uplifted to 1.3. Still some bugs around
    • Draft functionality is moving forward, will be in 1.4 instead of 1.3
    • The panel for Delivery report will be in 1.4 instead of 1.3, should land soon.

  • Rocketbar work begins! Workweek-ish in Paris next week with e.me
  • Adding update track to FTU app, for data migration and user facing update information
  • Trying to port as many notifications as possible to new API
  • First version of download manager landed, review done yesterday. Lots of fixing to do.

  • [djf] We're dealing with 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 at this point. How do we stay sane? How do Gecko and Firefox engineers deal with this rapid release cycle? Can we really be working on 1.4 features while still having 1.2 blockers?
  • Anthony: War on intermittents. What should we do?
    • Instructions to have more console logs
    • Developers education/best practices, specially with timing issues, asynchronous.
    • Look at Firefox desktop of course cause they have years of experience
    • Run tests slowly locally, maybe emulator
