What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

Get in touch with great people from community around the globe on mine first MozCamp. Learn more about all other areas I'm not involved in. Get as much as possible info which could help me in area of current contributing - mozwebqa. Get some recommendations about - how to involve\help to get on board new contributors from mine country\area.
