Bugs with "dev-doc-needed" are grouped based on the Firefox version in which the relevant code will be released. A User Story is created to address the "dev-doc-needed" bugs for each Firefox version, and is scheduled in a Sprint in order to be ready for the release date of Firefox Developer Edition reaching that version.
