Mozilla's Summer Code Party: rolling all summer long

The party kicks off with a global "Weekend of Code" June 23 & 24.
Then continues with local events and teach-ins all summer long.

Wrapping up with a big "show and tell" finale in September.

1) Global Weekend of Code: June 23-24

Launching with two action-packed days of simultaneous events, meet-ups and teach-ins.
People teaching and learning coding and webmaking together.
Through local partners and communities around the world.

  • MEET with friends or go to an event.
  • MAKE something cool on the web. With great tools from Mozilla and partners that make it easy and fun.
  • LEARN new skills along the way. The basics of coding, webmaking and digital literacy.

2) Ongoing Summer Events

The making and learning continue all summer long.
Host or attend events near you. Or continue on your own with self-guided projects and missions online, helping you level up and hone multiple skills.

3) Wrap-up Show-N-Tells

Every good party has a grand finale.
In September we'll get together to showcase all the great learning and making from the summer. With local and virtual "show and tells" and demo parties. Share your work, meet other webmakers, earn badges, and celebrate an awesome summer together.
