Alphabetizing and other changes

Romanian active members list

The Romanian active members list is sorted by last name, instead of first name; but Battle for Wesnoth game uses Celtic Garamond by Levente Halmos for the title; and about.cfg from the core folder is sorted by first name. Taewong 21:50, 18 July 2012 (PDT)
