Past Items	Since this was my first month (half month actually) here as a rep I decided to spend some time getting to know my fellow colleagues! I've had a warm welcome and can't stress it enough how excited I am to be part of this project! So to all that supported me, especially Majda, thank you! When going through some old SUMO chatlogs I came across a reference to the @FirefoxHelp Twitter account and realized I had access but haven't used it for quite a while! So I've bookmarked it and should be a lot more active on it in the future. Also, because of the fact that SUMO livechat got put on hiatus I spent a lot less time giving support. It's a good thing though, Spark clearly wasn't the most ideal platform for the SUMO system... Since FOSDEM is taking place in Brussels at the end of this week, I should seriously finish my schedule for the talks I want to listen to. Once that's done, I'll fill in the grid for manning the booth on the FOSDEM wiki page.
Next Items	I'll be visiting FOSDEM (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Fosdem:2012) on February 4 (Saturday) and 5 (Sunday) and help out where I can, this includes manning the booth. Other plans: -Increase my activity on the @FirefoxHelp Twitter account -Look into dutch localization, might talk to Benoit at FOSDEM about that.
