Peter is [[Bugzilla:Personas:Mitch|Mitch]]'s manager at the company. He's a married father of three.

Goals:

* Ship quality, bug-free software
* Keep track of his managees' progress, and relative workloads
* Feel like he has a grip on the project

Likes:

* A quiet life
* Pie charts, reports and spreadsheets

Dislikes:

* Engineers missing deadlines and not communicating

Daily Tasks:

* Determines which bugs his managees should fix, and in what order
* Updates project plan with progress data from bug system
* Maintains the product, component and version names in Bugzilla

Skills:

Peter is comfortable with computers and familiar with domain-specific tools, such as spreadsheets and email, but is not a techie. He understands high-level discussions about code but gets lost when people dive into detail. He can drive a web browser competently enough; he uses IE because that's what his computer came with.

Peter wears glasses, but occasionally forgets them.
