Increase developer awareness and adoption of Mozilla products and the Open Web as a platform by:
* Growing a base of high-quality volunteer speakers...
* Supporting their efforts/goals with training, materials, mentor-ship, swag and travel funding...
* In order to present timely, relevant technical material at regional developer events.
===Outcomes===
* Up-level volunteer speakers with great materials and support to represent Mozilla at influential, top-tier events for developers and tech thought leaders and at relevant regional, educational, and community-run events.
* Training will generate accurate, up-to-date audio, video, code, presentation content for Content Kits, MDN, Hacks etc
* Graduates become mentors
* Speaker materials and assets are easily discovered and accessible (content and templates)
