Motivation for this page: it's hard to figure out where all the resources a developer would need for developing Firefox for Android because Mobile/Fennec/Android is a mess. I'd like to list some resources here and replace the main page with it.
This is intended to be, more or less, a page of easy-to-scan links to find detailed information elsewhere.
