Tables
A table is always constructed of a frame tree like:
nsTableOuterFrame
(nsTableCaptionFrame) optional
nsTableFrame
(nsTableColGroupFrame optional, right?
nsTableColFrame)
nsTableRowGroupFrame (is this optional?)
nsTableRowFrame
nsTableCellFrame
The nsTableCaptionFrame and nsTableCellFrames will hold non-table frames.
