Duplicates a little definition :
- According to the dictionary
- copied exactly from an original
- identical
- existing as a pair or in pairs; twofold
- According to bugzilla
The problem is a duplicate of an existing bug. Marking a bug duplicate requires the bug# of the duplicating bug and will at least put that bug number in the description field.
According to the same bugzilla a gross 40% of bugs end up being duplicates.
The goal of this workshop is to exchange on technique, tips and tricks on how to find and deal with duplicates.
