Summary: I want to talk about how pieces of technology become part of the core Web platform (that is, part of HTML, CSS, or APIs that we expose to Web applications). So I want to talk about:
- how we (should) decide how new Web features should work
- how those features can move from an idea to something implemented across browsers
- how to approach fixing bugs or implementing new features in Gecko's support for HTML, CSS, and Web APIs
