Uplift Coordination for Firefox 15

We have several features that we'd like to ship with Firefox 15 and most of those are already on Firefox 16 (trunk). We need to determine if the features are ready for uplift and shipping, or do they need more finish work. We also need to look at the risk assessments for the features and make sure stability is good enough to uplift.
